Event Policies
REFUND POLICY
All entries are final. Entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be deferred to another event or a future Danville Bridge2Bridge Event. An entry can only be used by the person it is assigned to. Entries cannot be transferred to another person.
EVENT CANCELATION POLICY
If "in person" events are canceled, registrations for those events will automatically be moved to the "virtual" race.
PET POLICY
We kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Please do not bring your dog or other pet to the event. Dogs and other pets are prohibited from participating. We want a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.
HEADPHONE POLICY
We strongly discourage the use of headphones and personal music devices (unless prescribed) during any of our events. Course hazards include road conditions, traffic, pedestrians, wildlife, etc... Our volunteers will be throughout the event to cheer you to your finish and to give instructions. The use of headphones can put the participant and others at risk for injury.
