REFUNDS, DEFERRALS & TRANSFERS
REFUND POLICY
All entry fees are non-refundable. However, you may DEFER your registration once per event year to the following year only. Also, you may TRANSFER your registration to another person during the same event year. See instructions in the next section.
You may not alter, reproduce, give, or sell your race number to another individual. Doing so will result in your disqualification as well as disqualification of the individual who uses your race number. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, pregnancy, act of God, etc. There are no exceptions. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this page. All events will be held rain or shine.
DEFERRALS
You may be able to defer your registration to the 2026 event if you choose to do so by February 26, 2025. Participants who deferred their event in 2024 have been transferred to the same/similar event for 2025.
TRANSFERS
Transfers are allowed prior to February 26, 2025. Event changes will incur a cost if the price of the event has increased or if the event changed to, is a different price. If you would like to transfer your registration to another runner or another event, please click on the links below:
