I SIGNED UP & NOW I CANNOT MAKE IT. MAY I GET A REFUND? Unfortunately, no. This event offers no refunds. If you can't make it, you may be able to get your event tee shirt or tank at packet pick-up. Please know that if you can't make it, your registration will go towards a local non-profit that supports cyclists in our area.
MAY I PICK UP SOMEONE ELSE'S PACKET? Yes! You may pick up your cycling buddy's tee shirt and bib! You can do it for the whole team if you'd like!
MAY I PICK UP MY PACKET AND T-SHIRT AFTER THE EVENT? We cannot guarantee a t-shirt in your size after the event.
WHERE DO I FIND MY RESULTS? This event is not a race. It is not timed. There are no results.
