The Granville Road Race Presented by Licking Memorial Health Systems

2022 Ohio State Championship Road Race

• State Champions will be determined in each Category, 1-4, for both Men and Women and will be awarded a State Champion's jersey.
• Category 5 riders, riders from out of state, as well as riders in the masters race are not eligible for a state championship.
  
  • If a rider from out of state wins a race eligible for a state championship, the title and jersey will roll down to the highest placed rider from Ohio. Riders from outside Ohio, cat 5 and Masters riders are still encouraged to participate as they can still win prize money for placing highly in their race.

Category Race Distances:

• Women's P/1/2/3: 60 Miles
• Women's 4/5: 30 Miles
• Men's P/1/2: 90 Miles
• Men's 3: 60 Miles
• Men's 4/5: 30 Miles
• Men's Masters 40+: 45 Miles

Race Timing:

• Timing via Chronotrack chip timing, a high speed finish line camera will be used for placing.

Prize Purse for Each Race:

• Top 3 finishers will stand on the podium
• Top 5 finishers will receive at least the following
  • 1st $100
  • 2nd $40
  • 3rd $30
  • 4th $20
  • 5th $15
• Sprint points winner will receive $50

Sign you're kids up for the quarter mile kids sprint where they'll get to do an out and back down E Broadway to N Pearl and finish across the same finish as the adult racers!  Kids 8 and under start at 12:30pm and Kids 9-12 start at 12:40pm. All participants will receive a snack after they finish and get the chance to take pictures on our awesome kids podium. Please online by clicking the title above or on race day at the packet pick up table, but is FREE!! All riders should pick up their race bib at the packet pickup table (North Prospect across from CVS) prior to their race starting!

Receive (1) FREE Child Admission to the Licking County Family YMCA Outdoor Pool when you present your bib at the gate on Friday, Saturday or Sunday June 11-July 31, 2022. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 or older; adult day use fees will apply for non-members.

Parking will be available for participants and spectators at the Granville Elementary School (310 N Granger St, Granville, OH 43023) and at the Michael D. Eisner Center for the Performing Arts (240 W Broadway, Granville, OH 43023).
