We serve healthy, fresh food and do our best to ensure everyone has a healthy meal. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available at all meals. All registered riders receive breakfast and dinner each day, which is included with registration. The tour also travels with its own Barista, Becky Afonso.

We’ve listened to you! Due to rider feedback, most meals on this year’s Michigander will be fully catered by Chef Rachelle White. Frankfort High School's Food Services Director Jenna Noffsinger is providing breakfasts when in Frankfort.
