POSTPONED: GEAR UP FOR SUMMER BIKE RIDE 2024

SORRY GANG - the ride for 2024 has been postponed. We are finding it difficult to manage the ride during our city's celebration days due to so many events taking place and volunteers spread thin. We HOPE to either have it later this summer or we may need to take the year off. Stay tuned! 

Join us on June 8, 2024 in Sioux Center, Iowa for the 4th Annual Gear Up For Summer Bike Ride.  This ride was formerly known as the "WOW" ride. 

The Sioux Center Trails Council is excited to host this event partnering with our sponsor Entegro Health for the 4th year. All of the proceeds and donations will go towards purchasing bike aid stations along the expanding trail system in Sioux Center. See the pictures of the 2 stations we have purchased so far!

The event will start and end at Children's Park with lunch starting at 11 and ending at 1 PM! Plan your ride based on your pace and weather!

New for this year- Scavenger Hunt family fun ride. 

START TIMES

The Steamroller or 60 miler (road) will start at 6:00 AM
The Warrior Ride or 30 miler (road) will start at 7:00 AM
The Family Fun Ride (paved bike trail) will start at 10:00 AM

Registration includes race swag, extra goodies, aid stations with water and performance drinks, snacks, SAG vehicle, lunch and FREE ADMISSION TO SIOUXNAMI Water Park. Extra lunch tickets may be purchased for friends and family not riding. General admission at Siouxnami can be purchased at the All Seasons Center.

Lunch will be served starting around 11:00 and wrapping up at 1:00 pm.
