Get Fit Southern California! Kaiser Permanente presents the Get Fit 30-Day Activity Challenge!
We’re excited to announce that this year’s challenge will take place June 1st through June 30th. All Kaiser Permanente physicians and employees are encouraged to participate in the challenge to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This activity is all about YOU and maintaining YOUR motivation for 30 consecutive days. All activities; Yoga, hiking, walking the dog, etc., count towards your team participation. The winning teams from each division will receive Get Fit CHAMPION t-shirts! Take advantage of special offers and discounts on health and wellness products. Have fun, boost your immunity, and engage your colleagues.

Register for the 30-Day Challenge and join your team based by hospital or medical offices and help earn points by being physically active!
Any and all activities including running, cycling, swimming, weight train, walking, hiking, yoga, etc. can help your team win. Participate ANYWHERE and ANYTIME to fit your own schedule! All activities will be eligible to earn points and will follow pre-determined values for each activity logged per day but will have a maximum number of points allowed for each person. Individual participants may upload their activity once a day to earn credit for their hospital/ medical office. Point and leaderboard will be updated weekly with the Champions being announced the first week of July.
Registration is FREE! Anyone can sign up to help earn points toward the Kaiser Permanente facility they are associated with.
How It Works!
- Sign up today and begin YOUR challenge!
- Registration is free
- Each participant will select a team (facility) to join during registration based on their work location or create one yourself.
- NOTE: If your Hospital, Facility, or Medical Office is not listed, select 'OTHER' and a team member will reach out to confirm where to appropriately allocate your activity points.
- For a list of facilities listed during the registration process, see the Teams and Results Information Tab.
- Begin logging your activity through the results page HERE.
- All activity must be logged between Thursday, June 1st and Friday, June 30th.
- Simply select the activity, or activities, that you have completed for the day and submit. You do not need to enter your time/distance.
- Receive emails throughout the challenge to help you stay on track and focused and watch you help your team WIN!
Do you need an even easier way to submit your activity? You can do so by texting your submission to (909) 964-8728. When using this option it is very important that you submit your activity in the following format. Failure to submit properly may result in not receiving credit. Reminder: Text submissions may take up to 72 hours to reflect online.
