Celebrating Black Excellence Bike Ride 2022
Blessed2bfit is excited to invite you to the 2nd Annual “Celebrating Black Excellence Bike Ride 2022”, which will be held on February 20, 2022. This will be one of the best bike ride experiences in the nation! As we continue to find new ways to exercise while social distancing, this is one way to celebrate those extraordinary individuals which include people from within our community, political leaders, activists, musicians, athletes, poets, educators, artists, etc. For you virtual reality riders, explore the world from your home with ROUVY - the Cycling Augmented Reality App. Ride at any time, anywhere all around the world. There are two distances to choose from. One is the Light Route: 13 miles and the Intermediate Route: 27 miles.
Blessed2bfit has also taken a step forward to explore new ways to connect our supporters, and other cyclists around the world and we are excited to announce that we’re collaborating with Black Girls Do Bike San Diego and the Harvey Family Foundation.
Listed below are a few suggested tracking apps for tracking your distance, speed and time, you can use an app or system that's best for you (Garmin, MapMyRun, Strava, etc.).

Scenic Routes
Black Girls Do Bike - San Diego has two beautiful scenic routes that are self-explanatory so that you can do it on your own or as a group for those that reside or are visiting San Diego. We've developed a racing approach to manage COVID-related risks, so you can expect to ride in a safe and distanced way if you decide to ride with us as a group. We will provide a low-key and COVID-safe biking environment, for those that would like to ride either of the routes with us.
We will meet at Coronado Tidelands Park located at 2000 Mullinex Dr, Coronado, CA 92118 at 7 am to do an out and back route.
