Rest Stop Information
Rest stops are spaced approximately every 15 miles. These rest stops are stocked with snacks and hydration and are designed to supplement anything you are already carrying. It is always smart to carry extra nutrition. Here is what to expect at each stop.
Full Century Rest Stops
Black Walnut Trailhead 14.8 mi - Granola bars, Trail Mix, pretzels, muffins, Bananas, Gatorade (powder mix)
Grafton Stop 27 mi - PB & Jellies, Apples & dip, Stroopwaffles, Pretzels, crackers, sandwich cookies, Belvita, chips
Russell Commons -Alton 45 mi - Sammies, chips, fruit, gummies, energy bars, pickle juice
New Chain of Rocks Bridge Park - 62 mi - TBD
Urban Chestnut - The Grove - 80 mi - TBD
Creve Couer Lake - 95 mi - Bananas, pickle juice, energy bars, etc.
