Your donations will help make this effort to place more captured mustangs into good homes and have a chance to prove their value in the equine world . It will also motivate me to volunteer more where and when I can. I had hoped to ride some of the last Mustang Discovery Ride miles through Nevada or California to help celebrate their accomplishments. At this late date, I will only get a chance to ride in California. Keeping my fingers crossed nothing gets in the way.
Even if I can't take my mustangs out to help finish the ride, it feels good to support such a worthy cause and a determined young lady like Lisanne and her team....I found out one of the major sponsors was forced to cut back their funding due to hardships 2022's economy has created for so many organizations and businesses. There will be a great Equus Film and Art Festival following the conclusion of this ride in Sacramento, California. This year is also including a Mustang Summit.

December update:
I was able to join the ride from Cool down through Folsom. It was a wonderful experience for me, my horse and my dog Gus. Lisanne, Claudia and Julianne (the producer) are all awesome women with big hearts and incredible determination that got them from Delaware to California. They have made the trip back to their homes to be with family for Christmas. After a well deserved break the work will begin again for producing the documentary and schedule future appearances and events as a part of the Discovery Ride Campaign.
And big thank you to those of You who helped with donations before I even got on the trail! Thank YOU......thank you!!! I have changed the slide show to include some of the ride through California.
