You will report to your Rest Stop supervisor who will manage the entire station. Assist in the set-up of station. Greet and serve the riders. Keep food and beverages prepared & stocked, and alert manager of shortages. Assemble Sandwiches, cut fruit, etc. Assist manager with post-ride clean up including collecting trash, garbage, and debris on ground; storage and pack up of remaining food and beverages; dismantle and pack up any tents, tables, chairs, coolers, etc. Heavy lifting may be required.
