Role Overview:
We are seeking organized and energetic volunteers to assist with the setup and breakdown of the Ride4Kindness event. This critical role ensures that all event infrastructure is in place and that the venue is left clean and orderly afterward.

Responsibilities:

Setup:
Arrive early to help set up tents, tables, chairs, and signage.
Assist with the placement of banners, directional signs, and promotional materials.
Ensure all equipment and materials are arranged according to the event layout plan.
Help vendors and exhibitors with booth setup and placement.
Arrange water stations, first aid stations, and other essential areas.
Breakdown:
Dismantle tents, tables, chairs, and signage after the event concludes.
Assist vendors and exhibitors with packing up their booths.
Collect and dispose of any litter or waste left in the event area.
Ensure all equipment is properly stored and accounted for.
Help with loading and transporting equipment back to storage locations.
Qualifications:

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform manual labor tasks.
Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to both setup and breakdown times.
Attention to Detail: Careful handling of event materials and adherence to the layout plan.

urpose:
Assist in the successful execution of the raffle component of My Sister's Keeper events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants while helping to raise funds to support the organization's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Raffle Ticket Sales:

Engage with event attendees to promote and sell raffle tickets.
Accurately record the sales of raffle tickets, ensuring proper documentation and financial accountability.
Raffle Table Management:

Set up and maintain the raffle table, displaying prizes attractively and ensuring all items are secure.
Provide information about the raffle prizes to attendees, generating excitement and interest.
Drawing and Prize Distribution:

Assist with the raffle drawing process, ensuring it is conducted fairly and transparently.
Announce raffle winners and distribute prizes promptly and courteously.
Customer Service:

Answer questions and provide assistance to event attendees regarding the raffle process.
Handle any concerns or issues related to the raffle with a positive and professional attitude.
Post-Event Duties:

Help with the breakdown of the raffle area and the secure handling of any remaining raffle materials.
Assist in reconciling raffle ticket sales and providing feedback for future improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle money and record transactions accurately.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented.
