Details

These folks help the race director keep track of racers, serve refreshments, cheer, handle miscellaneous tasks, and keep the RD company at the headquarters. HQ houses the tracking board, refreshments, prizes, raffle area, and comfort station.

If you can't stay for the full length of your time slot, that's okay! Anything helps. :)

Details

"Demolition Team" just sounds more fun than "Clean-up Crew." These folks help the RD with ensuring everything is left just the way we found it. That means a variety of tasks could be assigned from walking the course to grab any litter accidentally dropped by racers to retrieving decorations along the path to breaking down the tents and tables to loading up the RD vehicles.

This person helps ensure folks have their stuff! Raffle prizes, race awards, etc. can get overlooked as folks pack their things to go. This person might also give a hand to racers trying to make sure they have all their belongings around their personal aid stations before they depart.
