Details

Packet Pick-up & Registration consists of assembling packets and distributing them to riders the day before the event (Saturday, May 16 at the Tour de Troit office) and on the morning of the event (Sunday, May 17 at AB Ford Park). Packets include an event T-shirt, site map, and ride bib to be attached with safety pins to the back of participants' garments on race day. Packet Pickup Parking on May 16 may be found along 2nd Avenue in front of the Block Building or in the back gated lot. Pickup on May 17 can be found at AB Ford Park.

Registration requires non-registrants who wish to ride to fill out a registration form/waiver and pay the event fee. Participants will receive Ride Packets upon registration completion/payment. We will be accepting late registrations throughout the packet pick up schedule and on the morning of the ride, starting at 7:00am. Event Day Parking can be found at AB Ford Park.

Details

Work in teams to help set up for the ride and then help breakdown/clean it all up. Some heavy lifting may be required. Please DO NOT sign up for this shift if you are unable to lift items or stay until breakdown is completed. Event Day Parking can be found at AB Ford Park.

Details

Ride the route and assist injured riders with basic first aid. You MUST be a medical doctor, medical student, paramedic, or emergency medical responder. YOUR CREDENTIALS WILL NOW BE REQUIRED BEFORE ASSISTING. Please be sure your bicycle is in good working order and you are capable of riding this 23 mile ride. First aid kits will be provided - please return them at the end of the ride. Medics will be required to complete a report detailing any assistance provided. Event Day Parking can be found at AB Ford Park.

Your MANDATORY meeting with Police, SAG, & Sweepers will take place at 8:00am.

Details

Ride the route and assist riders with flat tires and mechanical issues. You MUST be able to change a flat tire, and perform minor repairs such as fixing a slipped chain, adjusting a saddle, or providing minor gear/brake adjustments. Please be sure your bicycle is in good working order and you are capable of riding this 23 mile ride. Please bring a charged cell phone, crescent (adjustable) wrench, pump, tire levers, multi-tool, tubes, and a patch kit. Sweepers will be required to complete a report detailing any assistance provided. Event Day Parking can be found at AB Ford Park.

Your MANDATORY meeting with Police, SAG, & Medics will take place at 8:00am.

After the ride, participants will be served a meal based on the preference that they specified during the registration process: Meat, Vegetarian, or Vegan. Additional meals may be purchased. We'll also be serving beer at this event. Event Day Parking can be found at AB Ford Park.

Help us to inform the community by passing out flyers and putting up signage around AB Ford Park.

**Transportation is required to drive from the Tour de Troit offices to AB Ford Park. You must also be able to walk about two miles to distribute the flyers.
