Volunteers needed to set up registration table at Bikeworld the day before ride and the day of the ride. Pick up materials from Bikeworld and take to ride location.

Rest Stops

Rest Stop Set up

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Check rest stops a day or two before to make sure they are ready to use. Clean up/Weed eat if necessary.

Rest Stop Supplies

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Make sure we have enough goodies for each rest stop and coordinate with workers.

Drinks

Ensure each rest stop has plenty of drinks and enough for lunch afterwards.

SAG Drivers

5-6 Drivers in area of ride to assist riders if needed. Coordinator will have cell phone to contact Director and other SAG drivers. 2-3 SAG drivers will be sitting along route available to assist riders along the route.

Locate an entertainer and coordinate the activity and sound system.

Neil's Catering has been contracted. Connect with Neil's on time, site needs, menu. Work with Venue coordinator to for site location and needs on day of ride.

Parking Attendants

Parking planners for day of ride. Plan designated parking areas. Direct traffic for first 3 hours.

Port-a-Johns
