· Set up finish line arch & equipment
· Prep coolers, ice, waters, cooling towels
· Set out & organize medals, etc on the tables
· Hand out waters, medals, and cooling towels to runners as they cross the finish line
· Keep runners moving after they cross the finish line so the area does not get clogged up / crowded
· Empty and break down the coolers, any leftover waters, trash
· Break down finish line arch & equipment
