Details

Assist Race Director by serving as a Racecourse Marshall at specific locations along the racecourse for safety, stop traffic when racers are crossing the road, set out orange cones, take down racecourse signs. Must wear an Orange Vest.

Gravel Ride Rest Stop/Sag Station Coordinator High Priority

Set up Gravel Ride Rest Stop - Table, Water, Gatorade, Oranges, Bananas, Snacks, Orange, Race Cones, Tent, Etc. until last rider passes through the Rest Stop

Lunch and Rest/Stop Food Coordinator aka "The Master Chef"

Purchase Rest Stop/Sag Station Supplies for Gravel Ride and Mountain Bike Race. Purchase Drinks and Food for Lunch. Hamburgers, Hot-Dogs, Chips, Buns, Condiments, Gatorade, Cold Drinks, Water, Ice, Oranges, Bananas, Charcoal, Etc.

Packet Pick Up and Day of Race Registration Coordinator

Assist Packet Pick Up/Day of Race Coordinator - Hand out Race Packets for Pre-Registered Racers and Register Day of Race New Registrants.

Race Course Set Up

Setting up the Start/Finish Line, Caution Tape in certain areas, Signage for Gravel and Mountain Bike Race. Podium Set=Up, MM Inflatable, and other assigned duties.
