Is this an outdoor event? Yes, all elements of this event will be outdoors.
Is this event rain or shine? Yes, this event is rain or shine. Feel free to bring your ponchos and rain boots to stay comfortable while walking the course, all while supporting our shelter pets as they wait for their fur-ever homes.
Are there restrooms on-site? Yes, we will have clean port-a-johns available for the race morning.
Can I bring my dog? YES! Dogs are welcome to run, walk, or hang in the shade while you do all of the hard work. We just ask that all visiting dogs are up to date on their shots and recommend a flea & tick prevenvative.
Do I have to register my dog? We do offer the doggy bandana registration if you would like to make a donation for your furry companion's visit but it is not neccessary as long as you are registered to attend and sign the waiver.
Will there be food? Yes, we have some complimentary food and drinks to fuel your run as well as additional items for sale from our vendors.
Will there be pre-bag pick-up? Yes, we will have pre-event check-in at Main Line Animal Rescue the two days prior to the race. Check your event emails for additional information.
What is included with registration? All registered participants will receive a swag bag, event shirt, race bib, and the proud feeling of helping the sweet souls in our care now and in the future.
Can I / my group vounteer as part of the event? Yes, we welcome non-shelter volunteers to help with the event - we always need help on the course, and with parking, way-finding, etc. Get in touch for more information.
How can my company get involved? We offer sponsorships at multiple levels, you can rally your co-workers for a team fundraiser, you can have a volunteer work-day to help with trail clearing the weeks leading up to the event, and more. Get in touch for more information.
Will there be dogs available for adoption? Some our shelter animals will be out and mingling during the event but adoptions would need to take place after the event in a more calm environment and during regular adoption hours.
