This very special event will begin with an incredible guest speaker at 8am. Cynthia Vetter, the wife of fallen Texas DPS Trooper Randall Vetter, will share her story of how the tragedy she and her son endured led her to make a difference for our men and women of law enforcement, as well as for children of fallen officers.
All proceeds supporting Lamar County Adopt A Cop, a 501c3 non-profit organization. All proceeds will be used to purchase safety equipment for our local law enforcement and first responders.
The race will begin and end at Reno City Hall where we will also be holding the Community Day activites! Those who register by midnight on May 31st will be guaranteed a tshirt. Those who register after June 1st or on event day will be on a first come, first serve basis while the shirts last.
