WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION?
All courses are fully supported with start/finish support, aid station support and on-course support. Each rider receives a swag bag, food tickets for the Food Trucks at the finish line Expo, and a finisher medal.
**Free Admission for Family/Friends to the finish line Expo with access to tasty cuisine from our food truck vendors.
JERSEY PRE-ORDERS
Ride + jersey combo pricing is not available after 4/13. Jerseys are available for purchase during registration.
All jerseys ordered by 4/13 are guaranteed for pick up at the merchandise tent during bib pick up. For all orders made after 4/13, sizes are based on availability. If your size is not available on-site, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the event.
REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: This is a live event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. Our cancellation/refund policy is that your registration and any related fees are not refundable. Refunds will not be issued at any time after purchase for any reason. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception. No refunds will be issued even if the event is cancelled or postponed due to an act of God or government mandates.
DEFERRALS
We encourage you to defer your entry to next year if you can’t make it this year. There is a $15 deferral fee and you will be given a code to enter for next year. You can complete your deferral through your RunSignup.com profile. Here is a tutorial with the steps to complete a deferral through RunSignup.com. You must take care of deferring at least 10 days prior to the event.
Transfer Your Entry to Another Person:
No Transfers after May 13. $15 transfer fee plus any price difference if upgrading distances. No refund of the price difference if the transfer is to a shorter distance event, such as from 102.5 mile to 67 mile to 33 mile. You can complete a bib exchange through your RunSignup.com profile. Switching to a Different Distance:
You may switch from 102.5 mile to 67 mile to 33 mile, or vice-versa, and back again, and again.....if you wish. $5 fee per switch plus the price difference if upgrading to a longer distance. No refund of price difference if downgrading to a shorter distance. You can complete an event transfer through your RunSignup.com profile. REGISTRATION LIMITS & CONDITIONS
Registrations are limited with course limits subject to event organizers. Entry fees are non-refundable.
PURCHASING MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is sold through the registration process. If any registrants would like to add merchandise after registration is complete, it can be added through their RunSignup.com profile. Here is a tutorial with the steps to purchase merchandise after registration.
