Description
Central Oklahoma's premier early season multi-surface event. It may be cold, it may be windy, we don't know ... but we know it will be epic! (Last year sure was!!!)
Join us for an unforgettable adventure through the traditional lands of the Seminole, Absentee Shawnee, Sac and Fox, Citizen Potawatomi , and Kickapoo Nations. Our premiere partner is the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. We host our start/finish area and registration at their festival grounds. Without their amazing support this event wouldn't be half as amazing as it it.
A portion of every entry goes to support music education for PreK - 2nd Grade at Tecumseh Public Schools. You can make an additional donation if you want! All of the Arts, but especially music education, have never been properly funded. One of our passions is music and the reality is that the earlier students get introduced to it, the more likely it will positively impact them in life! All of the money raised at the 2025 Oklahoma Gravel Growler will go directly to buy supplies, instruments and help offset costs to ensure that every child in Tecumseh Public Schools gets to start music education starting in PreK. If this means as much to you as it does to us, consider an additional donation! Last year we donated over $2500 with your generous support.
Join us for the registration party on Friday night at the race start. Food, fun, and a sponsor fair. There will be a pre-race day gravel ride (about 13 miles) and a demo event! We will be giving away lots of cool stuff from our sponsors!
Signup for the Wolfpack Double (registration for the Growler and our sister event, Fenrir Unchained - which includes a new XL option, Helheim) and get a discount for both events!
GPS files of the course will be emailed to all registered participants a few days prior to the event. All distances consist of rolling rural roads with plenty of short steep climbs. The majority of the ride is on a mixture of gravel and dirt roads. New courses this year (of course) with more than 5000' of climbing (the long course)! The long course and the mid-course will be professionally timed. All courses will be marked.
Register early as prices go up to $70 on site! If you register by December 31 you also get a free commemorative t-shirt! We are looking forward to seeing you at Firelake!
