Creating Your Champion Team
Follow these simple steps to get your corporate team started:
- From the Wellness Works Champion page, click on "Registration."
- Click on the 'Create a New Team' button to get started.
- Login to RunSignUp or create a new account.
- Enter your team's name.
- Select your team type (your company size category)
- Choose how much of the event costs your company will pay for each member (Based on a $60.00 per individual cost)
- Enter a simple code that members must enter to join your team (this will prevent unauthorized individuals from joining your team)
- Optional step: Enter the date through which you will pay for team members (we will set corporate team entries to the end of the day on August 24, 2025, you can close your team earlier if you choose), and enter any maximum number of entries you would like to cover. The maximum number of entries can be adjusted if needed
- Decide if you will allow family members and/or friends to join the team, and check the associated box as needed
- Click the 'Continue' button, then click on 'Create Team'
- Be sure to copy the link - Direct Link to Join Team w/o Code-. This is the link you will send to your team members to sign up for the event.
- If desired, you can then click on the 'Go to Team Page' button to change additional team details, view your team members, invoices, etc. We recommend that the team captain bookmark this page for later reference.
