Description

Looking for a low-key way to get your heart rate up and tone some muscles? Join us as we perform classic step moves combined with upper body motions to a wide range of music. Get a full body workout with this low-impact, variable intensity class. Aerobic step is great for improving stability and strengthening knee, hip, and core muscles, which all go to help people enjoy a variety of activities. Besides the physical benefits, it's just plain fun! Bring a bottle of water and a towel.

The program includes weekly 55-minute group workouts at the instructor's private home studio in Greece, complete with a warm-up and cool-down. Most offerings are six weeks long. See "Events" for options.

 

Important Notes for Participation
The exact location address will be provided via e-mail prior to the first session. Participants should arrive in workout attire and have workout footwear, a water bottle, and workout towel for comfort no more than 15 minutes before session start.

Meet the Instructor
Step Aerobics is a program led by Vickey A. Beaver. She earned her certification for Group Exercise Instruction from Athletics and Fitness Association of America and Run Coaching certification from Road Runners Club of America, so you are getting someone who is serious about helping others.

All participants are welcome from people just who are new to exercising to those who've been doing it for years. No children under 18 without a paying, participating parent. No children under 13.
