The Carolina Beach State Park Trail Half Marathon & 5K is a trail race in Carolina Beach, NC.
With 13.1 and 3.1 mile courses, all levels of speed and ability are allotted an opportunity to race in one of the most unique setting in North Carolina.
Rolling pine laced single track along the coast, offers participants tons of interesting terrain to take-in while they put out max effort for unique prizes.
After the race, participants (21+) can enjoy one beer on the patio at the American Legion.
BEANIE HATS Participants can choose from a light blue or army green beanie. Our beanies are popular and go fast.
FINISHER MEDALS All Half Marathon & 5K finishers will receive one at the finish line!

A beautiful trail 13.1 and 3.1 run through a challenging and amazing trail system in the famous Carolina Beach State Park. These trails are made for running and we are excited to showcase the area’s only trail half marathon. This 1 loop course utilizes all the Carolina Beach State Park trails have to offer. You get to run along the shore with a breathtaking view, and then into the forest through amazing pine trees and right through a well maintained camp ground.
