Description
THREE winter indoor and virtually live cycling training sessions! For endurance, and base, and power development.
Pricing includes: Training Peaks Virtual Cycling App (like Zwift but FREE!), 50% off annual Trainer Road program if preferred, all fees associated with registration.
2-Hour Endurance Ride - Sunday mornings from 7:30am - 9:30am, January 5 - March 9 A great base building ride to kickoff the 2025 season! Don't sit on the trainer alone - stay in the zone (literally!) and focus on the skills that will improve your cycling and your fitness. This is a 2-hour coached endurance ride that will guarantee to have your biking fitness up in time to build and peak this spring! Although we like to use Trainer Road or Zwift to follow the coached program, you can participate without them. This class is virtually live via Zoom and in person for anyone who wants to come to Coach Dorrer's training studio near Annapolis. Participants can receive 50% off an annual Trainer Road subscription. You must be a 2024 E2P registered team member to ride. Join the Team! (endurance2perform.com)
1-Hour Interval Ride - Wednesday Evenings from 6:30pm - 7:15pm, January 8 - March 5* Time in the saddle and working various intensities at the right time of the season is required to improve your cycling fitness. Consistency is key to developing aerobic power, endurance, fat burning ability (increased O2 to create energy), and ultimately your FTP. The Wed evening classes will incorporate a variety of intensities aimed at improving your VO2 max - meaning everything we just mentioned. You will start with shorter VO2 max, sweet spot, and threshold intervals and over the course of the session increase the length and intensity in a scientific format that yields results. This is included with your Sunday class.
Power 2 Perform - Friday Mornings from 6am -7am, February 7 - March 28* If you really want to work on developing power, this small group training session with Coach Dorrer and up to 10 riders will help! 8 weeks of power specific development will not only boost your FTP but improve your overall riding and climbing ability. Unlike a regular class, Coach Dorrer will guide you through each power session, and then analyze your data and make adjustments to your program to keep you progressing. Plus, in this small group session she can monitor your heart rate and power targets in real-time, and the motivation of others in the session will push you farther than you imagined! Limited to 10 riders. Trainer Road program required and offered at 50% off annual price.

Although the best way to enjoy TRIbernation classes is to have the workouts loaded in your Training Peaks account and follow along in ERG in a cycling app, you can simply follow along on your own and change gears to mimic intensity - like a regular spin class. This is great for Peloton users.
If you are currently being personally coached in Training Peaks by a live coach outside of E2P, the workouts will not be loaded in your account and you can follow along without ERG. We do not share our trademarked workouts with coaches outside of E2P.
We recognize participants may not attend all classes. Sorry, there are no refunds for missed classes.
Although unlikely, the class schedule may need to be altered. We will make up all missed classes.
