Chuck de Melker Legacy Ride 24

The Chuck de Melker Legacy Ride is a recreational road cycling event benefiting Perry Point Fisher House and staged at Hopkins Farm Brewery, 3833 Rider Lane, Havre de Grace, Harford County, MD 21078.  We do not charge cyclists in return for their marketing presence.  Our expenses are covered by volunteers and in-kind sponsors meaning that every penny collected goes to Fisher House Foundation so that Military Veterans and their Families have a nice place to stay for free when they visit a VA Medical Facility.  We have raised over $77,000 in our 14 years with a goal of topping $100,000 in 2024.  Despite already donating time, talents, and color; cyclists make up our largest fund raising group for which we are forever grateful on behalf of the Military Veterans and their Families.  Fisher House is a temporary home-away-from home free to Military Families who visit a Medical Facility.  Million Thanks!!  Mike Layman
