AFTER DARK IN THE PARK FULLMOON FEVER FITNESS EVENT

Come join us for a full Family fitness event and enjoy the full moon at Freeman Lake Park in Elizabethtown, KY. Take part in three outstanding non-competitive fitness events for one low price. Your $20.00 entry fee gives you the opportunity to participate in the moonlight Paddle, 5K Glow Run and the Mountain Bike Trail Ride with ALL proceeds benefiting the Greenspace Freeman Lake Trail Project. 

Registration: $20.00 per person. Beginning at 8pm. Events Starts at 9pm. 

When: Friday April 22 from 8-11 pm

How: Participants may register on line using this link: or any time by stopping at Running Soles located at 2410 Ring Rd Suite 100, Elizabethtown, KY 42701 or on the day of the event at park entrance.

This is an event for the ENTIRE Family!! All participants are required to have at least one light source. Participants are encouraged to wear neon/glow in the dark apparel and/or glow in the dark face paint. Head lamps, glow sticks, glow bracelets and necklaces are all welcomed. A limited number of glow sticks will be available at the event for everyone. Life jackets are required for the Moonlight Paddle. A limited number of Kayaks and Peddle Boats will be available for rent at the park dock area. Mountain bikers are required to wear helmets and headlamps. Bikers are encouraged to use glow sticks or other light sources on their bikes for visibilty. Join us and light up the night for the "After Dark in the Park" Full Moon Fever Fitness Extravaganza!
