RLaG Virginia Beach 5k

• Join women and men as we run, walk, and jog to raise awareness about ovarian cancer and funds for the HERA Women's Cancer Foundation!

About our charity:  HERA Women's Cancer Foundation mission is to stop the loss of women from ovarian cancer by promoting Health, Empowerment, Research, and Awareness.

Participate as an individual, join a team, or start a team!  Honor yourself or a loved one, use your girl power and create a RLaG team.  RLaG will be awarding prizes to the largest team, the team with the most spirit, and the top fundraiser.  You must register as a team to be eligible for these awards.

• 10:30 am        Award ceremony- age group awards, random prizes, and team award
