A huge Shout Out to Metro Fitness. They are donating the venue for our first Miles for Meals Event to benefit Meals on Wheels of Syracuse. You are going to get an amazing workout in a state of the art spin studio but also support people who are subject to food insecurity.
There are 30 bikes available for each live ride at Metro Fitness. Register to provide meals for the most vulnerable homebound individuals in Syracuse. Our goal is to cover a days worth of meals. Will you help us reach our goal of 900 meals?
Each hour will be led by cycling instructor. There will be hourly raffles from local businesses including Metro Fitness memberships, personal training and fitness classes.
All proceeds will go to our client scholarship fund to provide meals for Syracuse homebound neighbors that cannot afford to pay for their meals.
