Frequently Asked Questions
QUESTION: What does each event mean?
ANSWER: Dog Days of Summer Miles Challenge = For adults and young adults 13 and older. Puppy Miles Challenge = For kids 12 and under. Four-Legged Friends Miles Challenge = For dogs!
QUESTION: If I sign up multiple members of my family, do we have to do all our miles together?
ANSWER: No, you all would have your own race results and there are different leader boards set up for each challenge. So, you will enter mileage separately for each member of the family.
QUESTION: How do I sign up my dog?
ANSWER: When signing up your dog, select "Adult, 18+" and set their birthday as 99 years old! This way their name can be displayed instead of first initials like minors are.
QUESTION: Does day to day mileage or mileage from other sports count?
ANSWER: Although we encourage staying active daily, the mileage coming from other activities or throughout the day does not count. The miles are meant to be intentionally run or walked from point A to point B, covering a specific distance.
