The 2020 Tour d'Apple is still on!
To all currently registered Tour d'Apple participants,
We want to thank you for your initial support of this community event! We have spent the last few months in training with other endurance event professionals on how to return events safely back to our communities. We are confident that we have the tools and will be able to produce an event that meets social distancing and event gathering standards and volume restrictions. Yes, there will be some format changes to the event, but nonetheless we can provide a fun, safe experience to our community.
We understand the various training and financial strains that have affected us all over the last few months. Taking those into account, we are offering the following options to all current paid registrants, please select one:
- Keep your registration intact for the 2020 event and re-register for free on our new registration platform. (Please note: While we will plan for an in-person event, the constantly shifting public health mandates may require this event to proceed in a virtual sense.)
- Defer your registration for FREE, to the 2021 Tour d'Apple.
- Donate your registration amount to the Four Seasons Rotary's local charitable causes.
- Receive a refund for your registration. (Note: We cannot refund the convenience fee or refund fees charged by the registration site.)
Please respond by Friday, July 31st, 2020 at midnight. If you don't respond before that date, your registration funds will be donated to the Four Seasons Rotary's charitable causes.
We will re-open registration on June 29th for limited participation numbers on a new registration platform. Please spread the word to family and friends that may have been waiting for this registration opening to sign-up. The event is now limited to 350 spots, so please respond soon if you'd like your registration to stay intact!
Again, thank you for your support and patience.
