Description

Join us for a leisurely bike ride to celebrate the completion of Great Rivers Greenway's Deer Creek Greenway Connector!

We will meet at the Sunnen MetroLink Station and roll together to the beautiful Brentwood Park, where we’ll enjoy a ribbon-cutting ceremony, hear from a guest speaker, and savor a cool treat before riding back to the Sunnen MetroLink Station.

This event highlights the importance of safe, connected pathways that support Trailnet’s mission to create a more accessible, active, and vibrant St. Louis. By linking communities through projects like the Deer Creek Greenway Connector, we’re helping to inspire healthier lifestyles and promote alternative transportation options for all.

Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just getting started, this ride is a great way to celebrate progress, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others who share a vision for a safer, more connected city.

This ride is supported in part by Great Rivers Greenway through their Gateway Bike Plan initiative.

Registration is FREE. All ages are welcome, but children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Must be able to ride a bike without training wheels at a moderate pace (8 - 10 mph). Class 1 & 2 e-bikes are welcome. No scooters.
