Description
Who doesn't love a great ADVENTURE?? This event is not your ordinary ride. Choose your adventure the day of the ride! Feeling like a 7 mile ride? Great! Want to explore the 30 on the Store to Store route? Do it! Hoping to score more treasure on the way? Keep that clue sheet handy, and go for it! While you are out there, be sure to keep your eyes open for TREASURE! Lewis & Clark Outfitters and their merchandise suppliers have provided Adventure Cash and prize certificates all along the trail for participants to find. If the hunt for treasure slows you down and you don't make the whole route, no worries! The only requirement is to enjoy the ride!
This event is fun for the whole family, so bring everyone out. After your adventure time is up, meet us under the tent for pancakes and even more prizes! Stick around for any or all of the activities Lewis & Clark have planned for the day including the climbing wall, e-bike demos, and more in the works...keep up to date with the event on Facebook.
Ride Info
Packet Pickup and Registration - 7:30 am to 9:00am
Start Time - 9:00 am
Pick one of three ride distances and experiences. The Kids Fun Ride and Scavenger Routes include stops to look for clues along the way. Be sure to bring a bag in for goodies along the way! The longer route will allow you to enjoy the trail system and all the unique views along the way. Just want to explore the trails? Then ride as far as you like in the allotted time period .
After the ride we will have pancakes and great prizes to give away! Just remember the cut off time is 3 hours, so plan accordingly so you don't miss out!
Prizes and Awards
One of the most fun parts of this event is the chance to win some great prizes! There will hidden clues along the trail for Lewis & Clark gift certificates, restaurant certificates, sponsor products, clothing and other great gear hidden along the trail. A clue sheet will be handed out 15 minutes prior to the start of the ride.
While this in not a timed event, you will want to return in plenty of time for the pancake breakfast and everyone will be included in door prize drawings for more great gear! Remember you can turn around at any point along a route to make it back in time!
Lewis & Clark Ozark Adventure Dash
If you like running better than riding, then sign up for the Lewis & Clark Ozark Adventure Dash, which is on the same day and time! Enjoy a trail run around Lake Fayetteville with prizes hidden along the way. Then meet up with the everyone from both events for pancakes and prizes!
