Join Our 8-Week Training Program for the Africa Town Bridge 5K!

Are you ready to challenge yourself and enjoy a supportive community of runners and walkers?

Our 8-week training program is designed for both walkers and runners to help you prepare for the Africa Town Bridge 5K on Saturday, June 14. The program kicks off on Saturday, April 19, and will guide you every step of the way to reaching your peak performance.

Program Details:

- Duration: 8 weeks
- Start Date: April 19, 2025
- Final Event: Africa Town Bridge 5K on June 14, 2025
- Cost: $100 (Price increases to $115 on May 24)
- Note: The program cost does not include race entry fees.
- Who: This program is for both walkers and runners, seasoned and beginner.

Meeting Schedule:
- Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Mobile
- Saturdays at 7:00 AM at Fleet Feet Mobile

Additional Training: 
Fitness homework is provided for 2 days each week to complete on your own.

Good Form Run & Walk and Information Meeting:
April 10 at 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Mobile
