4 hour mountain bike race with the most laps completed in four hours wins.

THE DUEL (10k Trail Run then 4 hour MTB Race)
The DUEL aspect of the Big Yeti Dual will be solo racers only that run the 10k and participate in the 4 hour mtb race as well. Awards are guaranteed to First and Second place overall male and female.
