The Peace Trail Arch Project
Rock Trail Coalition is planning a Peace Trail arch at the trail head in Janesville’s Monterey Park. This project has been on and off the radar the last few years, but with the completion of the Peace Trail, it is back in focus. Exact plans are not yet developed. The first arch will be in Janesville with potential for another at the trailhead in Beloit.
Rock County Trails Map Project
Rock Trail Coalition in partnership with the Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Visit Beloit, Rock County and the Rock County Chapter of Ice Age Trail are updating the Rock County Trail Map. Look for publication in early 2023. Thousands of these very popular maps are given out each year to promote the silent sports in Rock County.
