Amy's Ride/Run/Walk is an annual event in Quakertown, PA, dedicated to raising funds for pancreatic cancer research, awareness, and advocacy, with a focus on advancing innovative research initiatives. Founded in 2015 by Amy Cygan Spier’s 10 siblings, the event honors her memory by transforming her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer into a positive effort to bring hope and change. Despite her determination and strength, Amy passed away in 2014 after a three-year fight, inspiring her family to support others facing this devastating disease.
Thanks to donors like you, Amy's Ride/Run/Walk and other events hosted by the Pancreatic Cancer Cure Foundation have raised and donated nearly $500,000 to pancreatic cancer research, treatment, and compassionate care programs!
The majority of funding supports research at institutions such as the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson University and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Compassionate care recipients include St. Luke's Cancer Center and Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson University.
