Not everyone is into bike racing. (gasp!)
But that's OK.
If you want to be a part of the Landon's Light Memorial Mountain Bike race, but zipping along single track just ain't your thing...there are plenty of other ways to take part! Here are a few ideas:
- Sponsor someone else's ride. (Help your friend, neighbor or grandpa cover the registration fee, and then get on out there and cheer them on!)
- Volunteer to help out at the race. Believe us, there will be PLENTY to do, between set-up, take-down, course marshaling and, did we mention cheering? **If you would like to volunteer for this event, please contact Kimmelin directly at: kimmelinh@gmail.com
- Show up and CHEER REALLY LOUD! (Prizes will, in fact, be awarded for Best Cheer Squad)
- Donate. Maybe a leisurely tandem bike ride through Paris is more your thing, and signing up for a mountain bike race just doesn't interest you. Or maybe you have a particular aversion to bikes in general. That really is OK. Feel free to click the DONATE button and drop a donation to go directly into the Landon's Light Memorial Foundation to help support college students pursuing careers in mental health and wellbeing. NO DONATION IS TOO SMALL; EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS!
