What Do I Get With My Registration? Event registration includes a ride entry, official co-branded Bikes & Beers X Smoketown & RAK Brewing 2024 pint glass, (2) complementary full pour beers, collectible event bib, raffle ticket and add-on items available in the checkout process - pick up everything on event day at the post-ride party!

How Do I Refer Friends? When you complete your checkout you'll receive a unique URL link. You can also look it up here: bikesignup.com/profile/referrals then send that link to your friends and ask them to register using that specific link (you'll also get a copy in your confirmation email). They can capitalize on our Early Bird Sale! You will be automatically credited with a successful referral. You get a $50 CREDIT cash back once you hit 5 referrals! After 5 referrals, you can try to refer 8 friends and 12 friends to get a FREE BIKES & BEERS RIDE and FREE CYCLING JERSEY respectively!
What Are the Riding Options? 15, 30, and 45-mile cycling routes for each of our events. Routes are published on ridewithgps.com (more details in your confirmation email and in emails leading up to event day). We recommend the 45 & 30-mile routes for moderate/experienced riders. Is this a Race? Bikes & Beers is a fun way for cyclists of all levels to get out and enjoy the road. This is NOT a race.
What is the minimum age to participate? 21+ years old to ride on your own. 16+ years old to ride with a parent or guardian. For safety reasons, anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to ride even under the guidance of an adult. Registering someone between 16 and 20 years old - ask us for a discount since they will not be getting beer.
Can I ride with a child/pet in a trailer or baby seat? To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all riders, Bikes & Beers does not permit riding with children or pets in trailers, strollers, or baby seats.
Can I bring my dog to the post-ride party? Each brewery has their own rules about dogs on the property. Please email (info@bikesandbeers.com) to ask specifically whether dogs are allowed at this event.
Is the post-ride party family friendly? Yes! Bring your family and friends! The post-ride after party, held at host brewery, is a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious craft beer.
- Adults (21+) will have to purchase a "Post-Ride Entry" registration to join in the post-ride festivities. This will get you all of the post-ride goodies and access to entertainment that the riders enjoy: Official Bikes & Beers 2023 Pint Glass, (2) complementary craft beers, high-quality neoprene beer koozie, raffle ticket with chance to WIN PRIZES, extra sponsor perks such as unique pretzels & athletic non-alcoholic beer. We also have a band playing for the duration of the post-ride party!
- If you have minors with you (under 21) that do not wish to receive the post-ride party perks listed above, they will be able to enter at no cost. Anyone under the age of 21 will not receive the beer redemption tokens. Although we do not allow participants under 16, most breweries allow them at the post-ride party under adult supervision. Please email us to ask on event-specific basis whether children are allowed in the post-ride party.
Will the event be held rain or shine? Yes, all events will be held rain or shine.
Is there a time limit on completion? No. However, the after party raffle will be conducted no later than 1:30pm and last call to redeem beer coupons will be 2:00pm. If you arrive back to the brewery later than these times, neither Bikes & Beers or the brewery is responsible for providing these items. Please pick an appropriate distance and start time for your cycling ability to help make sure you are back in time to enjoy the post-ride festivities.
What are some things I shouldn’t ride without? Helmets are required. Definitely bring a water bottle for easy fill-ups along the route to stay hydrated! Do not forget to fully charge your cell phone before event morning so you have access to the ridewithgps routes and the ability to make potential emergency calls.

What’s the check-in process? All event check-in is done the morning of. Check-in is very fast. Please arrive at least 30-minutes prior to your individual start time with a valid ID. Pick up all included or pre-purchased merchandise during the post-ride party.
What kind of bike should I bring? A road bike is best for all the courses, but any bike type will do! We love seeing awesome, creative bikes out on the course!
How much of the registration fee is donated? Every one of our events donates 25% of proceeds to a local cycling advocacy group to improve cycling conditions in cities and areas that we visit. This is our way of giving back to the communities that help host our events! We've raised $250,000+ in donations since our founding in 2013.
Who is organizing this event? The event is presented by BIKES & BEERS. Our events bring cyclists of all levels together for a fun weekend ride followed by a festival-like brewery atmosphere with plenty of games, food, music, and of course… BEER! Having our first event in 2013, By working with independent craft breweries & local cycling charities, we were able to grow our event schedule year after year. We've now held events at over 80 breweries, in 20 states, and over 100,000 participating cyclists!
What are your transfer, deferral, and refund policies? Please see our full list of Policies HERE. In the event that you register for a Bikes & Beers event and cannot participate, there are no refunds UNLESS you wish to transfer or defer your registration BEFORE the cut-off date described on the policies page.
