Refund Policy
All entry fees are non-refundable. When you register for an event, you are making a non-refundable purchasing decision and must agree to this policy. You may not give or sell your number to another individual outside of the authorized transfer policy and process. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, illness, pregnancy, etc. There are NO exceptions. Once you register, unrecoverable racecourse services and items are paid for for you as if you will be attending the event.
If for any reason you need to transfer/defer, you may do so before the deadline for a $20 fee. The deadline is 30 days before race day. If you miss the deadline, you must pay in full for the next race.
