Refund Policy
The Iceman Cometh Challenge follows a strict no-refund policy. Iceman is offering Registration insurance. Registration insurance is purchased through the registration platform and is handled by a 3rd party (RegShield). This is a voluntary purchase.
If you are unable to race, here are your options:
1. Apply for a Transfer Out. The transfer procedure will remain the same in 2024 as in 2023 with a HARD Cut Off Date of September 14 at 11:59 p.m. Approved transfer outs will be refunded their registration cost less a transfer of $ 20. Transfer Out Applications will open concurrently with the Waitlist.
a. If you have purchased event insurance and applied for a transfer, we cannot refund the insurance cost as it is paid to RegShield. Please check with the insurance company regarding canceling your registration insurance.
2. File a Claim with RegShield. If you purchased event/registration insurance and cannot race, please refer to your policy’s instructions on filing a claim.
