If Big Sugar Gravel is cancelled (due to a series of reasons, including pandemic, natural disaster, etc.)
Athlete Opt. 1 Refund Option
90+ days out - 70% refund
60-89 days out - 50% refund
30-59 days out - 40% refund
No refunds on service fees or donations! No transfers!
Athlete Opt. 2 Deferral
Complimentary, guaranteed entry into the following year’s event
Participant not able to attend the event for any reason
Athlete can defer into the following year’s event and repay 100% of entry fee at time of registration. No deferral fee
No refunds, no transfers, no exceptions.
**If you choose to defer your entry to 2023 you will be required to sign up for the distance deferred in 2022 and responsible for full registration fees for 2023 and no refund for 2022. Please email bigsugargravel@ltevents.zendesk.com to make your request. Please keep in mind you will be charged the price distance when switching up, but no refund will be issued for switching down. **
