Refund Policy
Since the vast majority of race costs are incurred prior to a race and are non-refundable, we do not issue refunds for races for any reason.
In the case the we need to cancel or reschedule the race, you will be given options that may include deferring to next year's race, switching to another Epic Race, or racing virtually.
If you are not OK with any of these options, please do not register for the race.
