Refund Policy
-We adhere to the standard industry cancellation policy: all entry fees are non-refundable unless you have purchased insurance during registration. All events take place rain or shine.
-Should a conflict arise, you can defer/roll-over your entry to the following year or transfer to our "Virtual Race." There are no deferrals less than 30 days before the event and no transfers to the virtual event less than 15 days before the event.
-You can log in to your run sign up account to make this transfer yourself. Virtual event participation does allow you to maintain Legacy Status (if applicable), and receive your race packet, participant shirt and medallion.
-If you have purchased insurance and need to cancel you event registration, please go to https://requestmyrefund.com/regshield/refund to file a claim. Insurance is handled by a third party and the event management team is not able to file your claim for you or impact the decision on your claim.
