Tour de Lavender registration fees are nonrefundable. During the registration process, you will have the chance to purchase refund insurance (not available to Canadians participants – rules of the insurance company not us or BikeSignUp), which will allow a full refund if you are unable to attend the event due to several covered reasons including accident, illness and family emergency. Tour de Lavender registration fees are transferable to another rider for the current years event. You can do this by going into your profile and "Manage Registration"
Tour de Lavender jerseys and T-shirts may be exchanged for a different size provided they are returned undamaged within seven days. No exchanges, refunds, or credits are available for any other Tour de Lavender merchandise.
