Refund Policy
Sometimes life takes a U-turn and changes on you. If you can no longer participate in this race, whether due to scheduling changes, injuries or even just a lack of training we have a refund and deferral policy available.
If you cancel MORE THAN 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
If you cancel between 30 days and two weeks prior to race day, you will receive a 50% refund minus processing fees.
We will not allow any refunds less than two weeks before race day. If the race has a waiting list then we can open that spot to the waiting list for another participant but there will not be a refund.
No exceptions.
