The program offers three structured training sessions each week, covering all triathlon disciplines, along with several opportunities to run with Team Playmakers. Here's the weekly schedule:

Monday: Supported training run with Team Playmakers.

Tuesday: Bike training at various locations around the Lansing area. Sessions start at 6:20 PM and last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

Wednesday: Speed and hill running workouts at different Lansing locations. Sessions run from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Thursday: Swim training at the Mason Aquatic Center (inside Mason High School) from March through May. Drills begin at 6:30 PM and run until 7:00 PM, with pool access until 8:00 PM for individual practice. Workouts are provided. From May through August, open water swimming alternates between Motz Park in St. Johns and Crandell Park in Charlotte.

Saturday: Supported training run with Team Playmakers, alternating between Playmakers and Hawk Island.
