GROUP RUN OPPORTUNITIES
TUESDAY WORKOUT: This is the meat of your training. The lemons in your lemonde. Howe you get faster and fitter. Meet inside RunningCo. of Moorestown at 6pm.
SATURDAY LONG RUN: Meet inside RunningCo. of Moorestown at 8:00 am. Course will be layed out and Gatorade will be provided. Distances will vary.
