Old Fort Strong Endurance Festival

Help me in my effort to raise money for the Old Fort Strong Fund. On December 7 I’ll be running for 24 hours to raise money for this fund, which is dedicated to helping support residents of Old Fort, a small mountain town thirty minutes east of Asheville. Many members of this community lost their homes or had significant damage to their homes.  Since the massive flooding from Hurricane Helene took place outside of historic flood zones, many homes did not have flood insurance to cover the cost of repairs and rebuilding.  In total 50+ homes were lost in McDowell County alone.  The goal is to raise $2,000,000 from this event to help in this cause and my personal goal is to raise $1500. All donations will go directly to helping those in need in our community.
