I'm thrilled to share that I will be participating in the 37th Annual Ben to the Shore Bike Tour, riding 65 miles from my hometown of Philadelphia to Atlantic City. As the founder of NotYetPro and NotYetPro Swim School, my mission has always been to provide opportunities in sports for youth and to promote the lifelong benefits of staying active. You know I'm normally in the pool, but my athletic pursuits don't end there. Last year, I completed a triathlon with two of my former PDR swim team teammates, and this year, I'm excited to embark on this ride with one of those teammates.
By supporting me in this journey, you are not only helping me achieve a personal goal but also contributing to a greater cause. The 37th Annual Ben to the Shore supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation (FBBCF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. FBBCF achieves this by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs) and cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve.
